Cancellation & Refund Policy

WorkYug (operated by YUGAYATRA RETAIL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED) provides digital internship and training programs. The following policy governs cancellations and refunds.

  • Cancellation must be submitted via the support email yugayatra@gmail.com before the program start date.
  • If a payment is marked as pending and no order has been captured, the amount will be released automatically by Razorpay within 7 business days.
  • Fully paid registrations are non‑refundable unless the program is cancelled by WorkYug. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Duplicate or failed payments (e.g., Razorpay status "failed" or "cancelled") will not result in a charge; no refund is applicable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay; we do not provide cash or alternative refunds.
  • Any request for a refund after the program has commenced will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis and may be denied.
